Prayer Requests and Prayer Meetings

Intercessory prayers move the forces of heaven to supply and protect ministries, missionaries and all of those sent by God - the Kingdom of God advances on it's knees.

Prayer Requests: Please contact the church office at (850) 837-6324. We will gladly put your requests before the Lord and the Body of Christ.

Weekly Prayer Meetings:

Tuesday Mornings: Women's Intercessory Prayer Group meets at 8:00 am in the Conference Room. All women invited to attend.

Wednesday Noon Prayer: Join us each Wednesday at noon to pray for those who do no know Jesus and for revival!

Thursday Noon: "Prayer Force" meets for brown bag lunch and prayer at Durella Farmer's home. All are welcome. Please call Durella Farmer at 837-5776 for more information.

Monday - Friday: Bible Sharing & Holy Communion in the Sanctuary (8:00am)

Monthly Prayer Meeting:

Contemplative Prayer Workshop - Once a month, a workshop on growing deeper with God through prayer is offered at Patty Thurston's home in Destin. This group which gathers early on Saturday mornings, from 7-9am is open to anyone who'd like to develop a closer walk with Jesus. Our test, Meditative Prayer, is a small but informative guide that covers several types of intimate prayer, and provides exercises and reflections for each topic. At each meeting, we cover one chapter or type of prayer. Your prayer life can be enriched even if you can only attend a meeting now and then. Our goals are to slow down for a little while, listen to the Lord, and learn some new ways of making room in our lives for Him. Your are welcome to join us!
